The One You Call on the Way Home is for the friend who answers on the first ring, lets you tell the whole story, and somehow makes everything feel a little lighter before you pull into the driveway.

Part of my Gossip Cowgirls collection, this original mixed media painting celebrates the women who show up, listen well, and remind us that the best conversations often happen between where we’ve been and where we’re headed.
