Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my work. Every order is packed with care from my Dallas studio.

Processing Time

• Original artwork typically ships within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.

• Made-to-order products (including select prints and merchandise) have additional production time before shipping. Estimated production and delivery times are listed on each product page.

• Custom commissions ship according to the timeline discussed during the commission process.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once a package is in the carrier's possession.

Original Artwork

Original paintings are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely.

Larger original works may require additional handling or signature confirmation upon delivery.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select items.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

• The outside packaging

• The shipping label

• The damaged artwork or product

I'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside my control. If your package appears to be lost, please contact me and I'll gladly help you work with the carrier to locate it.
